How I Work

When onboarding a new client, I begin with a comprehensive consultation—either in person or virtually—to understand your needs, whether for ongoing support or a one-off project. We’ll agree on your preferred communication methods, timelines and budget. This is a collaborative process where we work together to set the foundation for success.

I use secure systems for password storage and document access, and I am experienced with a wide range of platforms across various industries. Before any work begins, I will provide a Contract and Data Protection Agreement for signature, and I am happy to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreements if required.

Once work is underway, I will check in at agreed intervals—never more than necessary, because I know the point of outsourcing is to free up your time. I will log all hours worked, provide updates and make any changes you need along the way.

In short, partnering with me as your Virtual Assistant means a seamless, secure and efficient experience from start to finish.
